Impact Innovation Investment Integration
The handlebars speak of where you want to go, and what Impact you want to have. Without gears there is little leverage - the gears represent Innovation. Dreams of Impact, ideas for Innovation - these go nowhere without Investment of many types. The bicycle is incomplete when it has only one wheel. Many corporations are waking up to the importance of the character wheel (the front wheel) in addition to the competence wheel. Each wheel has 10 spokes reflecting the 10 drivers of Impact.
Finally, the whole bicycle is held together by a frame. The only frame strong enough to hold the front wheel and back wheel together is Integration. Integrated thinking about life, leadership and corporate practice leads to sustainable Impact.
