The 10-P Scorecard

This bike was made by Mike Lawrence, a Zimbabwean entrepreneur who lives in a shack in South Africa... and has a cell phone. The order for bicycles with 10 spokes, and gears was sent to him by text message.

Many corporations are turning to The Balanced Scorecard to solve accountability problems. It did not really work in the 1980s, and it won’t work today. It tracks too few drivers of corporate Impact to be effective.

The 10-P Scorecard®

Pioneered by The Institute, this scorecard defines Strategy, Initiatives, and Key Performance Indicators. Supported by a database of metrics that has a Web-based Excel interface, it is an essential management tool for leaders who want to keep reality in focus.

Our Web-based Assessment Engine enables corporations to have an X-ray of the organization, whether by department, location, grade level, product line and more.

This assessment is quickly translated to a scorecard for ongoing metrics on holistic performance.
