These seasons shape us into the people we need to be to have a lasting impact. Convergence is the season when seemingly separate life-threads are woven together for your ultimate purpose. At this juncture in your life, you say, "Yes! This is me; this is what my life is for."

Convergence the Book
Overview
Life is not meant to be separated into compartments. Convergence will challenge you to live 100% of your life intentionally and with purpose to achieve your life's calling.
Results
We usually pass through seven seasons before coming to a point of Convergence. These seasons are crafted by God to shape us into people prepared for his purposes. They include: Faith, Fearing and Hearing God, Discovering Your Gifts, Skills Building,Internal Integrity, (Re)choosing Your Spouse and The University of the Desert.
Convergence will help you discover your unique blend of Career, Community, Creativity, and Call in light of your current season. It will direct you in a straightforward yet non-formulaic manner on steps you can take to live a more integrated life.
Format
Paperback. Written in a conversational style, filled with Biblical truths, real world examples, a realistic snapshot of modern life and anecdotes to which you can relate.

Convergence Assessments
Overview
Taken in conjunction with the Convergence Book or Study, the on-line Convergence Assessments will allow you to quickly discover how you spend your time, how your actions align with your beliefs and which season(s) of life you’re currently experiencing.
Results
As you begin your journey toward convergence, it’s helpful to identify and assess where you are on the continuum. There are a number of assessments and exercises to assist you.
- Where does the time go?
An exercise to assist you in identifying where your time is being spent, and whether your regular activities are contributing to convergence. This assessment will assist you in more intentionally integrating your time and will help you to identify where you can create more margin.
- Integration Assessment
Is there a disconnect between what you think and what you do? Are there behaviours in your life that are not based on truth? Discover the unconscious dichotomies that might be holding you captive from true purpose and meaning in your life.
- 10-F Assessment
This assessment identifies values you have concerning your personal outlook on life, spanning the 10 F's: Feelings, Fresh Thinking, Friendship, Fulfillment at Work, Function in Society, Fun, Family, Fitness, Finances and Faith. This helps you identify what is important to your personal impact.
- Seasonal Assessment
What seasons have you walked through? What lessons have you learned? This assessment explores the depth to which God has taken us through each of the seasons of life
Format
Each Convergence assessment is available on-line with immediate graphical results and analysis to print or save. Your password and login is unique to you and you may update your assessments as often as you like to track progress. We appreciate your respect for our products and services and ask that you do not share logins.

Discovering Convergence Speaking Engagement
Overview
A revelational one to two hour session designed to dare you to stop balancing life's ever-increasing demands and start living 100% of your life fully integrated with your purpose.

You might just have a new outlook on life! You will be freed from the false notion of balance and embrace a holistic vision for your life that is fully integrated with your purpose and calling.
Format
This 1-2 hour session can be conducted by request for your group or organization or is conducted periodically at one of our satellite locations by one of our senior leaders. The time will include a mixture of revelational teaching, thought-provoking discussion and individual exercises.

An experienced team will lead you on an exhilarating journey of self-discovery using a blend of interactive teaching time, personal assessment and learning exercises, and break-out discussion groups.

The Journey Toward Convergence Training
Overview
A transformational series that will build upon your personal assets, passions and hopes to set a course that will lead to life Convergence.

During our Journey Toward Convergence Training, you will:

- Learn to identify the seven seasons God uses to shape us for his purposes: Faith, Fearing and Hearing God, Discovering Your Gifts, Skills Building, Internal Integrity, (Re)choosing Your Spouse and The University of the Desert.
- Develop a personal plan to make an immediate difference in your current sphere of influence and lasting impact as you fulfill your life purpose.
- Pinpoint anything that detracts from this purpose.
- Embrace a more holistic identity.

Format
Our Journey Toward Convergence Training is ideal for groups of individuals or organizations who desire to live 100% of their life in alignment with God's purposes (vs. inviting God into their own plan). The series is conducted one night a week over 12 weeks with three all-day Saturday trainings and one weekend retreat. An experienced and dedicated team will lead you through a potentially life-changing process of self- and God-discovery that includes proprietary assessments, interactive teaching, facilitated discussions and in-depth personal planning.
