All organizations must have a point of reference outside themselves in order to have sustainable Impact. Defining Purpose is key to the actioning of this principle. Many corporations fail because their Purpose is too parochial.
The Purpose Assessment evaluates the degree to which your stated Purpose has permeated the remaining 9-Ps... your Operating Model. It also gauges whether your Purpose is pulling the organization outward toward a meaningful greater end.
The Purpose Assessment should logically be followed by a Consultation to develop strategies that close gaps identified in the assessment.
