The Institute works alongside organizations to help them identify and achieve the Impact they desire. The first step in this process is the Impact Assessment - a 360º analysis of the current state of an organization. All organizations exist to have an Impact. Assessing how well one is achieving this goal is challenging. The Institute has, therefore, designed diagnostic tools that provide measures of perceived Impact. The Impact Assessment measures 10 drivers of Impact that comprise the operating model of organizations. In light of today’s rapidly changing global economy, increased competition, shorter time to market, and the increased complexity of technology, the ability to see the areas of weakness in an organization is paramount.
The Impact Assessment measures performance gaps by providing a comprehensive snapshot of the corporation. Analysis includes the degree of executive alignment, how perceptions differ across departments, and how perceptions change over time. By comparing to our baseline of information, we are able to make recommendations on strategies to address Impact gaps.
